just a quick-cute-bubbly-playful doodle. FRG/West Germany, GDR/East Germany, USSR. they're having a bubble-costume party at the east side XD do they look drunk? i noticed that i always arrange them this way; Ludwig on the left, Gilbert in the middle, Ivan at the right. *TUMBLR commission info thanks for viewing, comments and faves are greatly appreciated. please don't steal or claim my fanarts as yours. thank you.
rofl West can't even handle those kawaii mofos! >8DDD
Ahhhhh now that you mention it...I DO notice you position them that way! :0 ...Maybe it's because Gil's like the middle-ground for Ludwig and Ivan. Like, they HAVE to get along with each other for Gilbert's sake...but tend to keep their distance to avoid any unnecessary confrontations.
Hm owo interesting, what you said about your arrangement!! Maybe it's *interpreting mode ON* because of the geographical situation? And Gil's always in the middle because he IS, sort of, not only geographical, but also... torn between his brother and the man he loves~? xDDD
This looks cute and awesome btw xD I wanna join that party!
someone also mentioned that and i haven't even thought about their geographical location when i draw them in this arrangement, come to think of it. it's true! interesting! hahahaha yeah, hard choice, your brother or your man? can't choose, have both! XD and thanks dear <3
Ahaha xDDD unconsciousness and such!! I think it's funny how our brain works sometimes |D I don't think they'd be happy with that xDD All 3 sitting on a couch, watching football or something like that and suddenly Gil and Ivan stop making out |D poor Ludwig... "OH NO, GET A ROOM!! Dx"
yeah. but in my 'headcanon' Gil and Ivan would secretly have a relationship. Gil would just deny and say to his bro that he hates Ivan with a passion but deep inside it's the opposite, ofcourse Ludwig isn't stupid enough to fall for that XD but he leaves them alone.
Yes I am german Hmm as we say here "Not everything was bad". In DDR ... sure our country was split and east under Soviet rule but it had a bad effect. Sure families were split. My relatives are from the DDR but my other relatives are from the West > as you see my family was involved, too. Hm today the west still has to pay tax and fee to the east of germany BUT the east laughs at us. The east of germany looks nice and it has money. The other lands out of the eastern lands have not that much money. My land is ... well ugly? If you look we have so many flats here that look like DDR buildings. Everything here is old...most from 1830 or so. Or WW2 buildings... Germany isnt that beautiful - why do you think this isnt a country (for example like russia) to make holiday in? It is not nice here, weather depends, no reason to do one here. But anyways the topic. Still today we say "Ha Ossies (east people) or still Ostblock"...there is still a deep cut in the german soul if I am allowed to say this. Hm west and east ..difficult ... the people are different there.... Look it isnt fair. DDR was there yes...and sure it wasnt nice but it isnt like the west was beautiful. We all suffered from the bombs and stuff. Whole germany was destroyed- really 80% no buildings and houses and most men died in war! We rebuilt it all and still we have to pay to the east. And the east... in politics or in general... behaves not nice.
I dont want you to bore xD I am sorry so many things are bad here
i've watched a documentary or something like that where the two sides of Germany was shown. the lifestyle and the comparison between the two. yeah, like what you said there's a difference and the people from both sides have a gap. you know, i would love to see those vintage buildings you had there. you may think that the east side may look modern compared to the west, but if ever, i'd prefer to look at old structures. the culture is there and i'm sure it's beautiful and fascinating ^^
i understand what you mean about the separation between families because of the war. it's not your fault. i'm just wondering, despite that your country had been reunited, why there's still a barrier between the two sides. don't worry, what you said didn't bore me, it was quite interesting coz this vision comes from a German ^^
Hm then you should go to the western part We have old culture here, too ^^ But visit berlin. There is still the color on the ground ...everywhere on the ground it says "Sowjetischer Sektor", "Amerikanischer Sektor"... and the russian-german museum Ö-ö its new
